Due to the digital nature of construction plans and design documents, all sales are final. Once a plan has been purchased, downloaded, delivered, or otherwise made available to the purchaser, no refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancellations will be provided.
The inability to obtain permits, local jurisdictional requirements, zoning restrictions, homeowner association requirements, engineering requirements, code compliance issues, site conditions, financing issues, or changes in project scope shall not constitute grounds for a refund.
Purchasers are encouraged to thoroughly review all plan information and verify project requirements with the appropriate Authority Having Jurisdiction prior to purchase.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the seller, its owners, employees, consultants, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of, reliance upon, modification of, or inability to use any plans purchased through this website.
The purchaser assumes all risks associated with the use of the plans and agrees to obtain all required approvals, permits, engineering reviews, inspections, and professional services necessary for the specific project and jurisdiction.
